Progress will not stop with the issuance of this update.  Throughout Fall 2020, three teams will continue to function and will assist President Bell with ongoing response to COVID-19.  These include:

UA System Health and Safety Task Force

UA professionals are active participants in the UA System Health and Safety Task Force.  This group will continue to meet throughout Fall 2020 and may update the UA System Health and Safety Guidelines.  Please see the latest at www.uasystem.edu

Situational Response Team

President Bell has established a situational response team, consisting of representatives and experts from his office, Academic Affairs, Finance and Operations, Health Sciences, IT, Research, Strategic Communications, and Student Life.  This group will monitor and address issues that may arise, by continuously assessing our plan, recommending adjustments, monitoring important data points, and advising leadership, as our campus command center.

Presidential Advisory Committee

The central work group that helped establish this plan will grow in both membership and functions during Fall 2020, with additional faculty, staff, and student representatives to advise the President on the community and its response to this plan.
