UA has established a COVID-19 Support Program to assist faculty, staff and students. Operated by the Institute for Rural Health Research of the College of Community Health Sciences, the Program exists to:
- Answer questions, including medical questions via on-call nurse practitioners
- Refer individuals for necessary testing or treatment
- Assist with exposure notification for the UA community
- Provide re-entry testing for UA faculty and staff
All faculty, staff, and students must report COVID-positive test results and suspected exposure to the Support Program, and follow its instructions, including isolation and quarantine.
UA System has developed a Guide Safe Exposure Notification App, which is currently being tested, and strongly encourages its voluntary and anonymous use. www.guidesafe.org
